Q: What hours will you be open?
A: The box office is open during regular business hours every day the farm is open. Tickets are timed and must be purchased online. Don’t make the drive out unless you have tickets. Many dates will sell out.
Q: Is there a parking fee?
A: Nope. Parking is free but limited.
Q: Is it strenuous?
A: You will walk about 1 mile through the trails in The Haunted Woods. You will be going up and down stairs, in and out of buildings.
Q: How long does it take?
A: The Haunted Woods is about 30-35 minutes. The un-haunted Flashlight Maze can take 30-90 minutes.
Q: How do I purchase tickets?
A: All tickets are available online.
Q: Is the Haunted Woods wheelchair accessible?
A: Traveling the Haunted Woods trails in a wheelchair will require assistance over the trail terrain and around certain venues with steps (like bridges). Many people have experienced this attraction with the help of friends and family.
Q: Can I wear costumes or masks to the nighttime activities?
A: Costumes are okay, but masks are not allowed for the safety of our employees and guests.
Q: Is there a different admission price for children?
Q: How old do you have to be to get in to the Haunted Woods?
A: We do not recommend the Haunted Woods for children under 10. However, it is up to the parents. Children under 10 must be escorted by an adult. NO REFUNDS.
Q: Do you offer group discounts?
A: Sorry, due to the limited capacity, we are not offering group discounts in 2020

Q: How old do I have to be to work for the Haunted Woods?
A: Because of the late hours, we do not hire actors under age 18.
Q: Will the Haunted Woods close if it rains?
A: We will close in severe weather. The line to enter is covered but most of the Haunted Woods is outside so you will get wet. We do have covered areas outside for cover if raining but hey it makes it more realistic! We will do our best to post an update on the home page of this website in the event of a closure. Be sure to refresh your page for the most current information. In the event of closure due to inclement weather, purchased tickets can be redeemed on another night.
Q: Are there live rats, snakes, cockroaches, bugs, etc.?
A: None that we’ve planted.
Q: What kind of effects are there?
A: There will be blood, zombies, violence, gore, loud noises, gunfire, strobe lights, stairs, tight passageways, darkness, fog, fire and destruction. You may get a little water sprayed on you.
Q: Will we get our money back if we make it all the way through?
A: No. The Haunted Woods that gives you your money back if you make it to the end does not exist. It is a myth/urban legend.
Q: If they scare me, can I punch them?
A: If you assault any of our staff, Pierce County Sheriffs officers will take you directly to jail. For the safety of our guests and staff, we use security cameras throughout the event.
Q: Will I be injured, dismembered or killed at your event?
A: We go to great lengths to provide a safe experience for our guests. If you follow our rules, stay on the path, and do not touch the employees or scenery, you will make it through safely. In addition to our security staff, we also have at least 2 Pierce County Sheriffs and an EMT on staff during operation.
Q: Will Actors touch me?
A: Our actors will not intentionally touch you, but unintentional touching sometimes will occur.
Q: Are there restrictions for people who are pregnant or have health problems?
A: Please consult your doctor to find out if an intense fright experience is appropriate for your condition. Do not enter if you suspect your health is at risk. You should not enter with the following conditions: Pregnancy, heart conditions, nausea, obesity, back problems, epilepsy, breathing problems, bladder control loss.
Q: How long is the wait in line?
A: Wait times will vary depending on the day of your visit. The two weekends prior to Halloween will have the longest wait times.
Q: Can tickets be resold?
A: Tickets are void if resold. Tickets purchased anywhere other than the Haunted Woods box office or online ticket vendor will not be honored. Tickets purchased at our box office must be used on the date of purchase. We will aggressively prosecute any individual selling counterfeit tickets.
Q: I lost my cellphone/jewelry/shoes in your attraction. Can you help me find it?
A: Please make sure any items you bring are securely in your pockets at all times… or better yet, leave them in your car glovebox. We will not be able to check for lost items right away, and because of the size and complexity of the attractions, items might not be found until the lights are turned back on at the end of the night or the next morning, sometimes not until after the season. If you might have dropped an item inside one of our attractions, please phone or e-mail us with the details and we will let you know if the item has been found. More often than not, dropped cell phones and other items are trampled in the dark environment by other customers.

Q: What happens if I break the rules?
A: All rules are strictly enforced for the safety of our guests. Anyone violating the rules may be asked to leave the property with or without warning, and without refund.
