Basic Private Rental – Pricing begins at $3000
- 4 – acre “Hilltop” lawn/picnic area and adjoining concrete areas for up to 10 hours

Extravaganza Private Rental – Pricing begins at $4000
- “Hilltop” lawn/picnic area and adjoining concrete areas for up to 10 hours
- Attractions with supervised use of: Jumping pillow, Pedal carts, Barnyard Ball-zone, Tubeslide, Farm ziplines, Tetherball, Corn Hole, Tug O War, Human Foosball, Speleo Cave
- Event tent, plus three 10′ x 12′ shelters
- 20 picnic tables (casual seating for 160+)
- Parking for 100+ automobiles
- Facility Coordinator and 1-2 Parking Attendants
- Portable Toilets and handwashing stations

Facility Rental Hours
The facility rental is for 10 hours between the hours of 10 AM – 10 PM. The facility must be cleaned and vacated by client, guests and vendors by end of the contracted 10-hour rental period. $200 per hour additional hour after contracted end time. No use available prior to 10 AM.
A $500 booking fee (credited toward facility rental) is required at contract signing. The booking fee will be deducted from your facility rental fee. If you cancel your booking at any time for any reason, the booking fee will be forfeited.
The $500 booking fee identified above is due at contract signing and reserves your event date, payable to Maris Farms by cash or credit card.
Event Cleaning and Damage Deposit and remaining event payment balance is required 30 days prior to your event, payable by cash, check or credit card to Maris Farms.
- Beer or Wine: Host or no-host bar may be an option you choose for your event. Beer or wine may be served by Maris Farms staff or a commercial caterer with a liquor caterer license.
- Hayride: $150/hour
- Cow Train: $150/hour
- Mechanical Bull: $150/hour
Damage and Cleaning Deposit
A fully refundable $500 Damage and Cleaning Deposit must accompany all final payments 30 days prior to your event. This Deposit is refundable within 30 days after your event and upon facility inspection after event. A cleaning fee of $60 per hour is charged for cleaning required by Maris Farms after event and deducted from the cleaning deposit.
If damage or theft occurs to the property, grounds, buildings, vehicles, fixtures, equipment, landscaping, furniture, etc, during your event you will be responsible for any necessary repairs or replacements. This includes any damage caused by the client, guests, agents, or anyone with whom the client contracts in conjunction with this event. The Cleaning/Damage Deposit will be forfeited to Maris Farms for payment of those damages. If damages exceed the amount of the Deposit, Maris Farms will hold the client responsible for additional amounts owing to restore the premises to the same or similar condition.
Any and all Deposit monies remaining will be refunded to you within 30 days after the event.
Client agrees that Maris Farms is not responsible for the operation of, set up of or take down of any equipment provided by outside vendors.
Client and/or guests shall not move any items on the farm or attach any items to Maris Farms property without prior approval.
Client shall purchase and maintain, from our insurance provider, “Donat Insurance Services, LLC”, Special Event Liability insurance coverage with limits of not less than $1,000,000 per occurrence, $2,000,000 General Aggregate on a combined single limit basis. Coverage to include but not limited to: premises and operations, products/completed operations, personal injury, blanket contractual, liquor liability with limits of $1,000,000. Maris Maze LLC, its agents, assigns and affiliated companies shall be included as Additional Insured on a primary non-contributory basis. Coverage shall be issued on a CG0001 General Liability form. A certificate of insurance evidencing such coverage shall be provided to Maris Farms including actual additional insured endorsement evidencing such coverage 30 days prior to scheduled event.
A primary and non-contributory endorsement is unique and must be specially selected and secured by calling (608) 565-2741.

Client Cancellation Policy
Cancellation must be made in writing to Maris Farms and a response in writing must be received by the client acknowledging and confirming the cancellation.
If a cancellation is made, client is responsible for the following:
Cancellations made any time before the event will result in forfeiture of the Booking Fee. Cancellations made within 30 days of the event date will result in the forfeit of the entire rental fee unless Maris Farms is able to rebook the date. If a new event is booked, 50% of the rental fee less the Booking Fee will be refunded to you.
Maris Farms is not responsible for reimbursement of items purchased by client in association with the scheduled event such as insurance, vendor or service charges, equipment rental charges, permit or licensing, etc.
Client understands and consent to the use of Client’s personal information by Maris Farms and its suppliers and/or third party providers and distributors in connection with the Event.
This is a non-smoking facility.
You are welcome to bring your own food or caterer for your private event at Maris Farms. If you don’t know of a caterer, we can help you select the right one for your event and budget.
